Show Up Club Ltd - Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

    • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

    • A ticket purchase is not considered complete until all instalments are fully paid, if paying via a payment plan.

    • Part payments made towards the purchase of a ticket are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

  2. Instalment Payment Plan

    • If the 0% instalment payment option is chosen, the customer agrees to pay the total ticket price in 4 equal payments.

    • The first payment is due at the time of booking, with 3 further payments to follow, invoiced at intervals specified by Show Up Club.

    • Show Up Club, with discretion may make changes to the payment schedule to increase or decrease the number instalments..

    • Failure to meet the payment deadlines will result in the ticket being invalidated, and any monies paid towards the ticket will not be refunded.

  3. Event Cancellation

    • In the unlikely event that Show Up Club cancels or postpones an event, customers will be notified of any applicable refund policies at that time.

  4. Ticket Transfer and Resale

    • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold unless explicitly authorised by Show Up Club. Part paid tickets may not be resold until all payments are made for full ticket ownership.

  5. Liability

    • Show Up Club will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
